Please contact us via barnrental@swankfarms.com or direct 831.313.3268 for any information regarding the Venue or to set up a time to visit the Venue. Swank Farms and the barn stay closed to public all through the year except for Swank Fall Festival every October.

Swank Farms offers two types of Rental Fees – Premium Pricing (April 1 – December 14) and Budget Pricing (December 15 – March 31). Saturdays are priced highest followed by Fridays & Sundays, then Mondays–Thursdays. No private events are booked in October.

Swank Farms provides in-house farm-to-table catering with BBQ, Taco, and Italian menus. Outside catering is allowed with cover charges. Cakes are permitted without charges.

All beverages, including bartending services, must be purchased through Swank. Outside beverages are not permitted.

Clients may bring their own vendors for music, decorations, and other services, subject to Swank Management policies.

Bookings require a deposit. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to follow the payment plan may result in cancellation.
